- In 2007, BCN successfully entitled and Designed two 40 story towers with architect Daniel Libeskind. Foundation stopped due to the recession. Financing in place by Corus Bank.
- Located on Capitol Mall, Sacramento. The buildings names were Aura and Epic.
- BCN received city council approval for a $10mm equity grant for the project Aura, that began and stopped in 2007 due to a severe recession that paralyzed housing markets.
